About Me

I am 26 years old. I am the oldest of 11 kids. And I love each and every one of my siblings with all my heart…and then some.

I graduated from Brigham Young University in 2014, and even though it took me 7 years to finish college, I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I have my dream job…I work as a Special Education Life Skills teacher at a high school in my lovely Texas homeland, and I love what I do.

I love to travel – I have currently been to 11 different countries. Romania is my favorite.

I love my mom, my siblings, flamingos, reading, playing, scrapbooking, traveling, oxford commas, kitchen gadgets, teaching, ASL and being crazy.

Take me or leave me, I am who I am.

Hey..I found you on the CNET…I kind of am confused on what exactly we are all supposed to be doing..I know that we are supposed to be doing the 5 posts a day/cast your ballots on whoever you like i suppose..but whats with the points?? I see you were in the election last week? I’m so lost..can you help me and explain anything..do you cast ballots to earn points, and then whoever has the most points gets elected? I’m so confused on the whole thing..I’d appreciate any thing you could tell me..and btw feel free to delete this after you read it..i couldn’t even see a place where you could message someone on there. 🙂 thanks again..

    • Yes…you cast ballots to earn points. You get two points for every ballot you cast. And when someone votes for you, you receive one point. Yes, you can post up to 5 times a day. The more you post, the more people will get to know you, and the more they’ll vote for you. Whoever has the most points by the end of the election is the winner!

      Best of luck to you!
      I’ll look for your posts!

  2. Chlo’e! I’m gonna have to start stalking your blog regularly… only problem is, I’m not so good with wordpress, so I’ll have to figure it out =) How are you doing?

    • I’m doing wonderfully!!!!! I’m officially going back to BYU so that’s my excitement at the moment…I can’t wait to be back up there this fall!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Natalie!

You are the older version of me! I love all of the same things and I want to grow up to be a special needs teacher or just do something with kids with special needs. Probably because the face the special needs teachers in my town treated my cousin with Downs very rudely. But I may be a english teacher with me being the grammar police in all of my classes.

    • I love your ambitions! Whether you choose to teach special education, English, or do something else entirely, you will always come across a person with special needs, so it’s great that you have the heart that you do.
